Hey insta! Been a while…
I wanted to share my experience doing mission work in Malawi, Africa! The Lord has been faithful to me by allowing me to share the gospel in a different nation. While in Africa the team and I ministered to children, teaching them about the indestructible armor of God, while also providing new clothes and shoes for them! It was beautiful to see the gospel bring light and hope into the lives of people who often struggle just to survive. @redemptionpa has been active in Malawi for many years now raising leaders, providing water wells, and making trips annually to preach the gospel. Their work has helped so many people, so I’m incredibly thankful to have been a small part of this year’s largely successful trip. My brothers and sisters in Malawi will forever be in my heart and in my prayers!! by @mciuffoletti

I don’t usually post my hardships on social media because sometimes we go through very personal problems. However, I am going to be vulnerable with you all right now. 5 weeks ago I had to make a very hard decision concerning my health, and it lead me to having back surgery. If you know me well, you understand how much dance means to me. This surgery has caused me to pause my dance training, and has made me feel like all of my dreams were coming to a crashing halt. However, I have learned something new about myself through this experience. I am way more than just a dancer. I am a disciple of Christ, a sister, a daughter, a friend, and a student. All of these characteristics hold their rightful place in my personality and deserve to be acknowledged just as much as dance was. I am learning so much about who I am outside of the thing I most identified with all of my life, and I have been given the opportunity to find new interests. Life is what we make it, and we cannot sit around waiting for happiness to find us. We must find it ourselves.
