The Baker’s Wife and I have been on quite the wild ride together. The 6 months we’ve spent together have been some of the best of my life and this ending is bittersweet.

I can’t even begin to find the words to describe how vastly this show has changed me, and not only the show but the people I performed alongside. Working with @adamfox31 @aidyljoy @maddiebuffone @jaden.mabin28 @themaxmilligan @josephdigney and @peytonhouston_ has made me so much better at what I do. I couldn’t have asked for more generous scene partners.

BIG shoutout to @lilyyyjoseph without whom I could not have gotten through this process. God really cooked with her.

Lots of love and gratitude for everyone involved in this show.

Into the Woods opens this weekend!

Slippery Rock University is set to bring “Into the Woods” music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by James Lapine to the stage this fall. Step into the woods, where every wish has a price, each path holds a secret, and the journey you begin may not be the one that brings you home.

Performances of “Into the Woods,” directed by Aaron-Galligan Stierle, are November 21-23 at 7:30 pm and November 23 at 2 pm at the Performing Arts Center, Miller Theater. Tickets can be purchased at sru.edu/tickets for $12 for students and $15 for general admission. Tickets will also be available at the door up to one hour before each performance. “Into the Woods” is licensed by Music Theatre International.
