A discount costs you more than just money, it also costs you credibility. If people think they can discount your price and you concede, it says that you’re not sold on your own pricing.

Instead of giving discounts, move the price sideways by offering credits. It’s like a delayed discount: “pay full price now, get 50% off next time”

And if someone genuinely can’t buy from you right now, move the timing not the total. Get flexible with staged payments, a delayed start date, but make sure the number holds firm.

Concede timing, never price.

2025 took me places I didn’t expect — externally and internally.

From the mountains of British Columbia
to basement-level dungeons in Casablanca,
through the Sahara, and into Texas—
every setting stripped something away
and gave something back.

This year taught me that discipline beats comfort.
Self-improvement isn’t loud.
It’s quiet.
Repetitive.
Relentless.

I didn’t peak this year —
I prepared.

And if this year showed me anything,
it’s that the real work is happening where no one’s watching—
and the best years are built long before they’re seen.
