Career Update🌟
Over this past year, I have lived through a handful of massive shifts. It feels like a few lifetimes.
Our Home burned down in the Pacific Palisades Fire which flipped us into a whole new timeline, location, home life, lifestyle and more.

Within that time I also followed a hit that I had.
To get my California Real Estate License.
It was something that had been brewing for years.
I have always been interested in property - owning land and properties. We do own a couple of properties and I feel like it is a good idea to really understand what that means. How to handle your portfolio is an important part of Ownership.

My Mom is and always has been great at making houses into something wonderful with her style.
My Father and Grandfather were Architects.
Houses and design have always been a part of my life. I love seeing how people live. How they choose to decorate their space. How people can reimagine spaces and change them. I find it fascinating.

So, I studied, passed my test, found the company that I wanted to work with and viola here I Am.
A licensed Realtor in California.
Grateful to be a part of the @frontgate.realestate @compasscalifornia Team.

As a Mother I also really understand how important it is to feel at ease in your Home as you raise your Family. How important it is to have a functional kitchen, a bedroom layout that makes sense, not too many stairs that make bringing in your groceries an obstacle course….it all matters.

And as Doula - postpartum, birth and death - I am well versed in life’s big transitions. Buying and selling homes are intertwined into all of these big transitions. A new baby, a divorce, a death, a job change, a life pivot, an unexpected lottery win (let’s dream it), all deserve tender loving care.

I am excited to step into this new chapter of my life!

It is never too late to BE You.
The rebirths are meant for you.
The new ventures are life giving.
To stay stagnate is to slowly die.
We all have so many variables that we are constantly managing and navigating.
Trying to find “balance” lol.

These stats are important. A potent reminder.
“Success” out here means many things. And it is easy to get looped in to someone else’s definitions.
Especially for those of us who have taken a winding path to a career, or chose to stay home and raise our kids forever or a phase, it can feel daunting to get out there and earn an income or dive into your art.

But it’s worth it. I am in yet another massive rebuild, metaphorically and physically, and it feels good to be reminded that I AM JUST GETTING STARTED 🚀

My plan is to live to a very healthy 112 years young so I’m like not even middle aged yet 💅🏽

Open to receiving the best of Miracles 🌬️
Slow rolling into the New Year with grounded awareness. And soon to be anticipation.

The Fire Horse cycle starts mid February so I am trusting the timing. Impatience is a very real thing for me, so it is a daily practice to trust God first and foremost in the lay of my land.

Daily prayer, raising my Family, making our lives cozy, being with like minded women in faith, nature, horses, running, landing deeper into our new Home are what fill my days.

So many new beginnings I feel about to break through the surface. Doing my best to not rush them. Let winter be winter ❄️

Real Estate is Feminine Energy💥
As Women and Mothers we are the tenders of the Home 🏠
What is more grounded than having a plot of land or a house to claim and call your own?

“Homes hold the chapters of our lives” ™️✨

Each Home that we live in holds us.
The good phases and the hard ones too.
Babies being welcomed in, family members passing.
Marriages, divorces, moves and plot twists.

The kind of real estate agent that I am excited to be is real, grounded, able to help my clients navigate all of their transitions with as much ease, strength, peace and grace as possible.

I don’t think that the Real Estate market is at its core a “bro market”. I think that it is steeped in the feminine.
And I mean the real feminine, not the reality show kind 📺

For many of us, owning something to feel secure in, is still part of the adult life dream. No matter where you go in this World that is a recurring desire. We all want to find a piece of peace for ourselves and our family.

Homes come and go, but the memories live on forever.

Freedom found in being out in God’s most healing Creation, Nature 🏔️

Two weeks Off Grid.
As in, ZERO COMMUNICATION!
A BIG expansion and uplevel of growth for BOTH OF US.
I missed her so much and prayed often throughout the days that she was having a wonderful time.

She had an even better time than I had hoped.
She came back a gorgeous, tan, strong Goddess.
EMPOWERED.
Which only she can do 💪🏼

This trip changed her.
It’s wild how two weeks can do that.
I’d show you how stunning she is but I don’t post her on here.
For protection on all levels.
Also, at almost 15, she does not have social media 🙏🏼 so it’s hypocritical for me to post her.
That’s a whole other topic altogether though.

Summer is about more FREEDOM.

KIDS NEED NATURE NOT SCREENS.

Gratitude 🙏🏼

No shade, I actually love seeing everyone’s European travels.
I just really don’t want to be there 😂

After so much upheaval over the past few years, being in a safe place is my biggest luxury.
A new cozy home to feel settled in, wins in my nervous system over any hotel or air b n b travel.
Not to mention the crowds. Really cannot do the airports right now. Feeling grateful for my little piece of the world.
Truly the greatest gift.

Finding joy in each day.
When big trauma moves through your sphere, simplicity, peace and calm are priceless commodities.

POV: this Chapter of my Life 💥🤍🤷‍♀️
Jesus or 50….
Sometimes God works in mysterious ways.
Sometimes I take the high road and trust that God’s plan does more than I ever could.
And sometimes I am gonna be real humany and say what needs to be said.

Sweet AND Spicy.
It’s where we are now 🛑
No turning back.
And in fact, I will indeed be turning it up a notch due to personal reasons 🩸

And while I am still able to play along and be fake when needed, I have 1000% lost the desire to do so.
I used to be proud of the fact that I could weave myself successfully through so many types of circles of people here in LA. Be the chameleon. Be the Scorpio that I AM.
But I’m just bored af by it now.

I only want to be around Soul Sisters and dudes who light me up and are fun to be around and good influences for my kids or I’m in heaven at home alone.

I have earned my place to be EXACTING with who, why and where takes any iota of my energy 💅🏽

Life is tooooo fun and fabulous! Too abundant and joyful!
To waste any energy on people who are unhappy or feel lack in their own lives or bring you down.
Whether in business, relationships, mom groups, caregivers, teachers, educational systems, “expert” advice….
