Chief lovin his friends at Carillon Nursing Facility. It's so moving to see the residents light up with joy when they see Chief. Can't put words to it. We do this in memory of Assistant Chief Jack McManus who passed from 9/11 cancer and also to bring joy to people but I'm thinking I continue to do this because Chief loves to do it so much!! Can't define it. Love can be hard to define but dog lovers know, can't define the love for your dog. You give them cute little pet names. Change the pitch of your voice when speaking with dogs. Speaking to them 👀. Singing silly nonsensical songs to them. 🤣🤣🤣 can't define that love🤣🤣🤣🐾🐾🐾 !!! Saw our special friend Patricia on our hike at Crab Meadow and again some love relationships can't be defined on so many different levels. We still love tho!!! RIP Will. We miss you Jack and think of you everyday!!❤️

Schools back!!! Chief back on the job visiting our friends at Parkview School. We go out to spread joy and happiness in loving memory of Assistant Chief Jack McManus who passed from 9/11 cancer. Jack made NYC better, the NYPD better, cops better and he made me better. Was teary eyed today thinking of Jack for some reason and a wonderful teacher hugged me. It made me feel better. We know that Chief makes everything better!!!

One of Jacks favorite bands!!! He was totally at the stadium with us. I remember him singing this song and us dancing to it. He was very funny. Never far from our thoughts Jack❤️!!!! David Byrne sounded phenomenal!!!

Did you know that when the waves crash against the shore it releases positive and negative ions improving mood, breathing, air quality. Thinking of my friend Betty today as she was layed to rest and hoping her spirit bounces upon the ions and spreads her light to us all!!🙏🙏🙏

RIP Betty

Never forget these beautiful souls. Assistant Chief Jack McManus NYPD. Chief of the Department Joe Esposito NYPD (and his beautiful wife Christine - we had a rip together). Inspector Anthony Infante PAPD (we were gonna run NYC marathon that year. I ran with his number) and all those dearly departed 9/11 hero's. As tears run down my eyes for the loss of these men, I hold onto one man who never forgets. Bureau Chief Joe Fox. Never forgets to reach out on Jacks birthday, my kids birthday, my birthday and 9/11. Joe thanks for never forgetting us!!! We love you!!!

Jack we love and miss you. Joe I miss the smell of your cigars. Anthony your number crossed the finish line in 2001.
