4 mile run with my girl. Taking on LBI this week. Running in new places is the BEST! Running at night is so different than during the day. We had nice weather and a cool breeze. Our lungs could’ve kept going but our calves didn’t agree with us. Get outside whenever you can! Grateful for another day to run!!!!!

First time being vulnerable on here….. Sometimes life hits you really hard and you never know if you’ll get back up. If the pain will ever go away. If you’ll ever get your spark back. I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL! Find something that you love, makes you happy and brings you joy. Day by day you’ll get back to yourself.

Two mile run with the bestie as USUAL!!!! I love running with my friends, it seriously helps me so much more. We get to chat and it makes me forget that I’m even tired. We push each other without realizing it :)

Running can be so EXHAUSTING in the summer heat. Every time I want to quit or complain that it’s too hot, I think about how grateful I am to move my body. In the winter I prayed for this heat. No complaints here.

2 mile run for the BIRTHDAY GIRL🎉🎂🥳🎈🎊🥂 Had to make it quick because we have a lot planned today! There’s nothing better than running while your best friend bikes with you. Nonetheless on her BIRTHDAY! Quality time is my favorite time.

4 mile run this evening! Hills might be my worst nightmare but they’re so good for you and make you stronger. So it’s more of a love/hate relationship. @lorakarrat jumped in for 0.5 miles during her busy day. She absolutely crushed it and is ready for more!!!

Longest run yet!!!! The boys ran 9 miles and I was only going to do 4 with them but ended up doing 6.5!! They don’t realize how much they pushed me and motivated me to keep going. Thanks guys!!! Running is so much better with people. No music for us, just good conversation!
