A remarkable lakefront sale in Mandeville!

Located along Lake Pontchartrain in historic Lewisburg, 100 Mulberry Avenue recently sold for $2.2 million.

Spanning 2.23 acres across three lots, this waterfront estate features panoramic lake views, elegant living spaces, a private tennis court, and a 500-foot pier with a boat lift.

Congratulations to Alice McNeely and Rebecca Hammett of McNeely Mack Properties | Rêve Realtors, who proudly represented the seller in this standout transaction! 🧡

Set on meticulously manicured and rolling acres, Savannah Oaks is an extraordinary expression of architecture, design, and place. Bucolic pastures, tranquil ponds, majestic oaks, and mature landscaping create an idyllic setting for this exceptional estate. A private, winding drive reveals expansive pastoral vistas before arriving at the breathtaking residence. Designed by renowned architect George Hopkins, the home was thoughtfully conceived to harmonize seamlessly with its natural surroundings☀️
