Little did I know in 2015 when my mom signed me up to an open day for the 7s program, it would all turn out like this.

From Bosnia to Paris, it’s been a pretty wild ride and one that I will cherish forever. I’ve travelled the world and have made friends in every corner of the planet.

Core status qualification, 2 x World Cups, 2 x Olympics, captaincy and memories last lifetime. What a ride!

For now the boots may hang but the door remains open and I’m excited for what the future holds.

It’s the right time to put my energy into the next stage of my life. I won’t be far from the game I love as I am starting a media role for with @svnsseries for this coming season.

Thank you to Mom, Dad, Ella, Sean, Ciara, Olivia, my family and friends, my clubs , my coaches, teammates and opponents. You made this journey possible.

Cheers,
Harry by @mcnuts_

Never quite thought it would be possible but always a dream to represent the @barbarians_fc . Even more special to be skipper for the day 🙌🏽

What a crew to do it with at the @londoncity7s - managed to pull us all out of the nursing home!

Playing alongside absolute legends of the game - will never forget it! We gave it some crack on and off the pitch 😂

Big @jimhamilton4 needs to practice his zumi zumi anyway 🤥

Thanks to @dan_james7 & @mikefriday09 + the rest for putting it all together !
