I create contemporary art with no plan – whatever pops into my head ends up on the canvas. Some days it’s colors in chaos, other days quiet lines…

Another one finished.

Blue, pink, yellow and a little black — sometimes simple is enough.

What do you think?

After almost a year's break, I finally started playing with paint again.

An acquaintance challenged me to create something abstract on three blank canvases. To be honest, I lacked the motivation at first. But after diving into the works of Pollock and Asger Jorn, the creative spark came rushing back. Now, these three finished pieces (50x50 cm each) are ready.

What do you think – should they be framed, or do they look best completely raw and unframed?

It’s been almost 11 months since I last posted here.

But now I’m back.

A couple of months ago, a family member came by with some old canvases and asked if I could paint over them. They’ve been waiting ever since.

Yesterday, I read a book about Jackson Pollock. Or… honestly, I mostly just looked at the pictures. And somehow, something clicked.

I think I’d simply gotten a little tired of everything having to be so neat and polished.

So now I’m going to try something different. More spontaneity. More energy. Maybe a little more mess.

I’m starting with a black background and seeing where it takes me.

The spark is definitely back. And it feels really good.

Purple Mads

This painting of Mads Mikkelsen was created as a small relaxation project over a few days. There wasn’t meant to be any deeper meaning behind it, but I felt that the colors captured a certain mood and atmosphere that suits him well.

60x80 cm canvas.

The portrait does not only depict a man, but an inner strength.
The warm colors in the face symbolize fire, passion, and vitality – an energy burning from within. The cool blue background creates contrast and reminds us of the balance between calm and unrest, emotion and reason.
The raw, direct style, inspired by street art, ensures the message is not hidden: we all carry a force greater than ourselves.
The painting is both an icon and a mirror – an image of resistance, balance, and strength.
