Getting to marry the love of my life off the coast of Sicily was nothing short of a dream. I woke up the morning of the ceremony and picked my wild bouquet from whatever was blooming and growing around our villa. My dad and I found some old bedposts in a shed behind the villa and took curtains off a window to make our archway.

It’s safe to say we completely winged it, because I just knew that it would all come together exactly how it was meant to… much in the same way that Adam and I came together a couple years ago, very unexpectedly and with very little warning from the universe that I was about to fall madly in love with my future husband.

I feel so fortunate to get to spend the rest of my life with this adventurous, passionate, brilliant, empathetic man and that I get to be a stepmom to his beautiful boy Milo. I feel like our life is just beginning, and I can’t wait to see where the road takes us.
