👑 MEET THE CONTESTANT: McQWEEN 👑

McQween | Atlantic City, New Jersey

A hometown queen is stepping onto the Miss’d America stage! 🎰👑

Born and raised in Atlantic City, McQween is a glamorous, banjee Jersey bombshell with a love for music, big hair and even BIGGER performances. She lives to serve body, sell every lyric and create moments that make audiences laugh, cheer and forget about the outside world for a little while.

For McQween, drag isn’t about being perfect—it’s about making people feel something. ❤️

Behind McQween is Alexander Martinez, a makeup artist and co-owner of Haus of Qweens. Through amateur drag nights and shows including Daddies and Baddies and So You Think You Can Drag, they’ve helped give new entertainers a place to take the stage while creating spaces for Atlantic City’s LGBTQ+ community to come together, celebrate and feel like they belong.

When she’s not performing, you’ll find McQween planning her next number, perfecting her makeup or convincing herself that one more wig is a perfectly reasonable purchase. 😂💇‍♀️

For this Jersey girl, competing for Miss’d America is a chance to represent Atlantic City, Haus of Qweens and everyone who has ever found a home at one of their shows.

And if she happens to leave with the crown? According to McQween, “I promise it’ll have a very loving home in my wig closet.” 👑😂

Will the Miss’d America crown stay right here in Atlantic City with McQween as Miss’d America 2027?
