Happy first year anniversary to the mass communication society ✨

We dedicate this milestone first and foremost to our founders, whose unwavering passion and desire to make a difference laid the foundation for the journey we are privileged to be on today.

To our incredible executive team, who took up the torch from our founders and have continued to make its flame burn even brighter, we celebrate you. From our exceptional President and Vice President to our dedicated Content, Branding, PR, Accounts, and Welfare teams, your commitment and enthusiasm have been nothing short of inspiring. The journey has only just begun, yet you have already given us so much to be proud of.

To our Staff Adviser, Dr. Anthony; our HOD, Dr. Chike; our Course Coordinator, Mrs. Judith; our Dean, Dr. Obiaya; and every faculty member who has supported us in one way or another, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. Thank you for your invaluable counsel, patient guidance, and unwavering support throughout our journey so far. Your presence has made a meaningful difference, and we do not take it for granted.

And most importantly, to each and every one of you, the students of Mass Communication, thank you for giving meaning to every step of this journey. Whether by attending our events, volunteering your time, participating in our activities, or simply engaging with us online, every contribution, no matter how big or small, reminds us why this society exists: to create a space where budding communicators can learn, grow, connect, and thrive together as one family.

Our first 365 days have been filled with lessons, challenges, growth, and unforgettable moments. It has been a journey of many experiences, but through it all, we would not trade this experience for anything. As we reflect on how far we have come, we are filled with gratitude for everyone who has been a part of this story and excitement for all that lies ahead.

A little throw back to the FIRST EVER Media Reimagined by the Mass Communication Society, Pan-Atlantic University! And when we say first ever, we mean we came ready.

From thought-provoking conversations with industry leaders, creatives and some of the brightest minds in the media space, to conversations on the power, possibilities and impact of media, the Media Reimagined was all about seeing the media from a whole new perspective.

And of course, what’s an MCS event without a little networking? We connected with amazing brands and sponsors, exchanged ideas, met new people and created opportunities beyond the event itself.
It was insightful. It was engaging. It was inspiring. And honestly? It was just the beginning.

A day in my internship that definitely didn’t feel like a regular 9–5 😂

From going around the hospital for a breastfeeding awareness campaign to dancing with fellow interns in between, somehow, work and enjoyment found a way to coexist. 😂🤝🏾

Just another day of experiences I’ll probably look back on and smile about. 🤍
