ANNOUNCEMENT:
I'm incredibly proud to share that our Kean University Educational Leadership doctoral students from Edison Township Public Schools, as well as the Monroe and Hillside School Districts, have successfully defended their dissertation proposals!
Once they receive IRB approval, they'll begin their research studies this spring semester. As their dissertation chair, I've had the privilege of watching their growth and dedication throughout this journey, and I couldn't be more proud of how far they've come.
This milestone represents early mornings, late nights, and unwavering determination. These leading learners have shown what's possible when passion meets perseverance, and I'm honored to support them as they take this next step in advancing educational leadership. @keancoe @ealdarelli @edisontownship_publicschools #CougarsClimbHIgher @prezrep18
