Scot Nation, help us welcome Junior transfer, Norah Walkup! She had this to say about her decision to join the Scot family:

Favorite thing off court: cooking, hiking, working out, and hanging out with friends
Why MC: I love the area and the scenery and everyone is so welcoming and friendly.
I’m looking forward to next year bc: I’m looking forward to studying health and human wellness and playing basketball. I’m also excited about being in a new area and making new friends.

Happy Newcomer Monday!!! This week we are excited to announce Clinton High School graduate, Lanee Carmichael. She had this to say about her journey to Maryville:

Favorite thing to do off the court: Hang out with friends and family and playing pickle ball.

Why MC: From the first day I visited campus, I felt like I belonged. I could easily picture myself continuing my education while playing the sport I love.

I’m looking forward to the most next year because:
I want to build relationships with my teammates, grow as a player, and make lifelong memories.

Why MC: I love the environment, and right when I was greeted on campus it felt like a place I could call home.
