Beautiful epic weekend with @envelopsound at @experienceform 🟠 Thank you all for the love! ❤️ Blessed to work with this amazing team and community! 🙏🏻

Gorgeous lighting design and DJ set with @newnostalgia_org , incredible @mcslee sunset sets, and @tychomusic sharing new album drafts and remixes 🫶🏻 @erasedtapesrecords , @ghostly and @sevwave listening sessions were so inspiring.

Nature had other plans so Sunday was cancelled, but we braved the storm and dug out of the mud to get home safe. 🙏🏻

Another performance and installation with Envelop is coming up soon 11/6 with KQED in Oakland 📡 taken in Arcosanti, Arizona by @mcslee

Very soon now @apotheneum returns to the playa. Thanks to @noisysavage for the video edit on this performance of my AV piece Apotheosis at @artwithmemiami last December. That will be shown alongside new works and live performances from a whole hosts of artists and musicians out in the dust. Project is designed and lead by @nomadecivilisee.

A significant addition to the DP-6 Records catalog is the new release "Safe Fantasy" by doradice. This special edition brings together works by exciting artists from around the globe. "Safe Fantasy" features five different interpretations of a single idea, each presenting the track in its own unique way. The release includes the original version by doradice, along with remixes by Érratic, PTTY, Mark Slee, and DP-6.

Apotheneum by Anthony Fieldman and Mark Slee from New York, NY: A monumental 40 x 40 x 40-foot building-scaled multi-sensory instrument designed to transport visitors through visual, sonic, and haptic immersion. Translating to “place of divine elevation” in Greco-Latin, the structure functions as an open canvas and performance space for contributing light and sound artists.

Physically, Apotheneum consists of a 40-foot cubic antechamber enveloping a 30-foot cylindrical "inner sanctum" that opens to the sky. The installation is draped in back-to-back LED nets featuring 26,560 light nodes that feed four independent visual canvases. At its center rests a 24-foot hexagonal haptic bed made of 96 triangular tiles, equipped with DMX-powered servo motors that emit syncopated vibrations beneath participants. For this year, the audio system has been significantly upgraded with 12 QSC tops and 8 powered subwoofers mounted on four main towers—projecting immersive sound both into the inner sanctum and outward toward new surrounding seating.

Designed as a living collaborative platform, around 20 sound and visual artists are contributing content or performing live sessions this year, including @mcslee , @romain__collin , @lumendrop_ , @csommerville13, @thisishaana , and more.

Following its successful debut at #BurningMan2025 and a featured exhibition at Art Basel Miami, Apotheneum returns to the dust bigger and more refined. Having had the pleasure of collaborating with @nomadecivilisee on previous playa projects, I am super excited to work with him again and see this multi-sensory masterpiece back on the open playa!
