Unpopular opinion but Paris is one of the worst places I’ve ever ran and not just because I have a dirty camera lens. taken in Paris, France by @mcvittie01

Last long run of the half marathon training block. The weird thing about tapering down your mileage is that you start thinking you haven’t done enough and doubting yourself.
.
Today’s run was actually horrible though, I ate my breakfast and immediately went out for the run. I only managed 4km on my own then joined up with the @bambas_sportsclub and the 5:45 pace group got me through the rest. taken in Amsterdam, Netherlands by @mcvittie01

I can’t remember when Hollie introduced me to the work of Yayoi Kusama but since then she has grown to be one of my favourite artists. So happy we got to see her exhibition in Amsterdam. taken in Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam by @mcvittie01

Managed to score a ticket to the Amsterdam half marathon. Think I got lucky because I bought it while I was on night shift and it was the only one on the resale site.
Anyway 10 days or so to go. Legs are not feeling fresh, stiff as boards, especially when I start my run. Still going to go out for the 1 hour 30 but I think I’ll know pretty early if I’m going to achieve it or not. taken in Amsterdam, Netherlands by @mcvittie01
