Medium (Ohm Resistance, Sonic Terror, Hardline) from Ukraine.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This is Medium.

We’ve lost every piece of music we’ve created since 2022. Samples, edits, sketches, and unfinished tracks.

Everything we made after BE:AT WAR is gone forever.

To say this is a devastating blow would be an understatement.
But we wouldn’t be Medium if we simply accepted it.

We’re starting over from scratch.

Over the past few years, drum & bass has drifted further and further away from what made us fall in love with it—and what still keeps us alive.

Faceless tracks made for streaming. Plastic sound. The same repetitive patterns. Two-minute tunes created only to feed the next quick release.

We’re choosing a different path.

Medium is old-school drum & bass.

Dark. Raw. Uncompromising.

True darkside.

Hell is coming.

To be continued.

Stay tuned for what’s coming next.#drumnbass #darkside #drumnbassmusic #medium taken in Odessa, Ukraine by @mdm.dnb

Disciples of the Unreal II began life with @mdm.dnb Medium

Our great friends from Odesa, who we have loved getting to work with for 10 years - their 2022 album BE:AT WAR was so CHOICE, you are hearing remixes from it that artists wanted to create for them! On display is the friendship between label owner Submerged, who traveled to perform LIVE in Odesa alongside Medium's amazing live performance, in 2018.

In 2022, the full scale war broke out. And Medium, made a document in audio of how it felt. When we put out the call for people to collaborate, @eraldobernocchi and @big_flowdan answered WITHOUT HESITATION.

The Submerged VIP of their collaboration, heads up the A side of the 2x12" return to vinyl for Ohm Resistance. We come with drum n bass sound, and the stories of real artists impacted by fucked up geopolitics and aggressor nations. But with the strength to outlast every dictator - destroy every invader - grind aggression into nothingness with soundwaves of the future.
