from cookies to cooking, you can’t keep me out of the kitchen! 👩🏼‍🍳

I’m thrilled to announce that my first e-cookbook, FUEL TO FLOURISH, is live! This has been a dream of mine for years and a true labor of love! I’m so happy to finally share it with you!

When one door closes, another door opens, and these last two years have been more transformational in my life than I could ever put to words. Making cookies served a purpose in my journey, but my true passion lies in health and wellness. I’ve curated my love for cooking and making little “delicious works of art” throughout this recipe book featuring my favorite recipes (with additional flavoring and modifications throughout)!

My guide to healthy living made simple in order to fuel your body while also nourishing your soul!

- 30 whole food recipes ( breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and dessert)
- GF, DF, V options
- refined sugar free
- high protein
- kitchen essentials
- grocery list
- meal planner
- and so on!
- Perk! Majority of the meals are single servings, making it easier to cook for yourself or a small number of people- but of course any recipe can be multiplied!

I hope you gain inspiration in the kitchen, fuel your body, in order to flourish in your life! Healthy eating has done this for me and I hope it can do the same for you! Link to purchase in my bio! Happy Cooking!

All my love,

Dear friends,
As the summer comes to a close, and I move onto a new season of life, I want to take the opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your continuous support and love you have shown me over these past three years. Many of you probably don’t know, but this business started as a way for me to cope with the hardship I was dealing with in my life. I was lost, sad, and needed an outlet to ease my emotions. I encourage each and every one of you to find some thing you love and go after it. You will never get anywhere in life without taking chances, and this enterprise is truly an example of that. I have gained so much insight, confidence, and joy through serving others and bringing joy to peoples lives through making cookies. I am in such a better place now than I was when I started this business, and I truly believe Mdough Cookie Co. has made one of the biggest impacts in influencing that. As I head off to a new city, I have decided to put my work on hold to embrace the experience and adapt to a new life. This is not goodbye, but simply a see you soon. I will take as many orders as possible during my visits home, and please know that I am just an email or message away from helping you with anything I can. These past years have truly been some of the most humbling of my life, and I simply can’t share my gratitude enough! 🫶🏼
