Here is to 2 years spoiling my unofficial Emotional Detection Dog. He is so in tune to my emotions and is so good at sensing when others need some furry love.

I can't imagine life without him.

First NFL game in the books. Always a #rugby fan at heart though.

Thank you @hd_russ for planning this outing! by @mdwanderlust

Outside of posting occasionally on my story, I've been lurking and living.

Here's Proof of Life for first 7 months of the year.

Goodbye 2025. Hello 2026. Thankful for new friends and stepping out of my comfort zone in 2025. May the memories continue!

“You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment. Fools stand on their island of opportunities and look toward another land. There is no other land; there is no other life but this.”

A decade of healing, leveling up, and stepping into who I’m meant to be.✨

I needed to heal my 20s so I could love myself in my 30s — and growth looks GOOD on me.
Amazing what 10 years can do.

Badge photos since joining my employer. 3 different versions of me.

Hard Work and Dedication paved the way to 3.0.

Consistency and trusting in @as_skin_aesthetics and @botoxnursemissy will get me looking good into 3.1 and beyond!

10.13.2024; The day my life changed forever. You may have joined my family on this day, but I think you picked me out long ago.

You were just 4 months old when you were rescued from an Amish breeder, deemed not good enough to sell. Little did I know, you were about to mend a broken heart - my breakup was looming, but you stole the show 2 days after meeting, and you’ve been my companion ever since.

Work travel never gets old (though I wish this trip was longer).

After attending conferences, I always come back more inspired with a new outlook on my professional journey. At a time where I am feeling stuck, every now and then I need a reminder on why I chose this role, this team, this company.

I am so excited for the growth and opportunities that are to come!

2 years and 80lbs later. (I still have a hard time with people taking pictures of me)

The girl on the left: Surviving and not thriving in "every" aspect of life.

The girl on the right: A good balance of both but also being extremely intentional in life. Thriving in the "Why Not" era of life.

Stuck in a plateau at the moment. I have a little more to go, but that's the hardest part.

Let the habit building begin.

Unexpected trip to the doctor (She is fine), but I convinced her to be my date last night

Need more moments of just the two of us.

Time slow down.
