THIS IS MY BEST FRIEND‼️ 😱🥳💃🏼😝😁

If u know me you know Mikayla. And she is one of the greatest and most amazing blessings the Lord has given me in college.

She put up with me as a roommate for 3 whole years and together we put up with like 13 different housemates in our townhome of 6 girls throughout those years—and somehow all that craziness only made us greater friends. I wouldn’t be the person I am now without her. because of her my taste in music has drastically changed for the better (YES Billy Joel), my confidence in myself has grown, and I now truly believe in life-long friends. She shows me daily how to be a better friend. She is so full of joy and always makes me feel better when I’m sad. She constantly inspires me to pursue the Lord and has the biggest heart for Christ and for everyone she knows.

Just wanted to shout her out as we graduate in a WEEK and stop being roomies (😭) cause she’s just one of the best people I’ve ever known and my life is forever changed for the better bc of Mikayla!!!🥹🫶 by @meadow.lw

After I first discovered DBU, I knew I was supposed to go here—and the Lord’s providence was all over it. My last four years have been shaped by this amazing Christ-centered university, which has given me a deepened love for choir, amazing travel opportunities with the business school, and a newfound appreciation for our veterans and first responders thanks to my incredible 3 1/2 years in Chi Theta Alpha.

The friends that music and Chi have given me have been the biggest blessings I could ever imagine and I am forever thankful for DBU!!
