concert so nice, I had to go twice!

was really having a great time sharing the bts love with abby until my body decided to turn against me in this time of great importance and give me heat exhaustion 🙃. only missed 5 songs and basically heard them through the medical bays walls (also through abby’s beautiful renditions in attempts to cheer me up). however, I did lock in and witness butterfly live thank you very much.

To know me is to know how much I love being a fan of things. This has been a long time coming (almost 9 years 🥹), but I am beyond grateful to be able to see them in the flesh and remind myself that they are real people (thank you for winning the ticket war @lokizlore). 13 year old Meagan may have been the one to fall in love with this music, but 22 year old Meagan is the one that has been needing it the most recently. Being in a stadium with 80,000 other people singing the same lyrics will never cease to remind me of why I love live music! somehow graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in environmental environmental geoscience before seeing bts in concert…

on a more sentimental note, I had absolutely no idea what this university was soon going to mean to me back in 2022. In all honestly, I thought going to a&m was my living nightmare, I thought I could never become the person I so desperately wanted to be somewhere so close to home. But god has a funny way of putting you on the path you were always meant to be on, and I can’t imagine a life without the friendships I have cultivated these past 4 years. I am so blessed to have found connections that make it so hard to say goodbye. In the reality that is the post grad limbo, I have learned that in whatever path comes next, I will walk down it with strength and confidence only because of the lessons learned and community I have supporting me through it all. Never in a million years did I think I would ever call College Station home, but here we are. Leaving a part of my heart in cstat til the day I die. taken in Texas A&M University by @meagan_.13
