For @traegergrills #traegergameday week 3 tailgate snacks with he help of @cosmic_llamacorn we made

Vince's secret recipe Meatballs - special meat blend seasoned and stuffed with mozzarella cheese and served in a red sauce with fresh grated parmesan.

Bacon wrapped Pork belly medallions- pork belly cut into strips, seasoned then wrapped with bacon more seasoning, toothpicks to hold together then cut into medallions then glazed in bbq sauce.

Thank you @dragonriotknife for reaching out and sending me this Fillet knife to try out. I honestly haven't had to fillet a fish for a long time but this knife made it very easy to do.
Very sharp right out of the box, felt comfortable in my hand to use, cut through with ease both to fillet and cube the fish as well as trim the hard fats off the steak.
This is a great knife for small to medium fish but also great for trimming excess fats from small to large meats. After resting the steak it cut through like butter.

Thanks again for sending me this knife to review and everyone check out @dragonriotknife on Instagram for this knife and many others they have to offer.

-The Cook-
Salmon burn ends with @kosmosq honey killer bee and glazed in homemade comp sauce smoked on @traegergrills
Pro 575 with @pimpmygrill grill rack.

Ribeye seasoned with @meatdaddy_bbq steak rub and watched temp with @meatermade plus probe. Smoked, then seared on @webergrills Mastertouch with @royaloakcharcoal.

Sweet potato cooked 425 for 1 hour then cut open to mix up with a brownsugar mix and topped with butter
