Brisket wrapped better than most Christmas presents. 😂🔥

Bear Mountain ambassador @davewcomedy breaks down why butcher paper is his move when it’s time to wrap, especially when there’s Wagyu on the smoker.

Are you Team Wrap or Team No Wrap? 👀👇

The least glamorous BBQ tip might be the one you use every single cook. 😂🧤

@davewcomedy’s cleanup hack: keep a bucket nearby, line it with your empty Bear Mountain pellet bag, and toss in the gloves, grease, scraps, and mess as you go.

Less cleanup. More time around the grill. 🔥 What’s your go-to BBQ cleanup hack?

Best Wood. Best Flavor. Any Grill.

Bear Mountain ambassador Dave Williamson puts American Wagyu and prime brisket head-to-head, breaking down the trim, the cost, and how much meat you’re actually left with when it’s time to cook.

Watch the showdown, then tell us: are you Team Wagyu or Team Prime? 🔥

How many Mermen Podcast listeners and Meat Dave Podcast listeners would follow me over to a Yard Hard Podcast along with other Yard Hard content & merch?

I’ve been stirred recently to finally build this community. I think it’s the perfect landing spot to bring together all of the amazing people and relationships I’ve built in all of my ventures. Let’s do cool stuff. #YardHard

Chicken thighs don’t need a whole production. 🍗🔥

Bone-in. Skin-on. Pat ‘em dry, season ‘em up, and let the smoke do its thing.

Our ambassador, Dave Williamson, shows us how he gets crispy, juicy chicken thighs without all the extra trimming or complicated prep. Sometimes keeping it simple really does taste better. 👏

Best Wood. Best Flavor. Any Grill.

Yep… that’s us. 😅🌴

Throwing it back to our Key West kickoff because this was one heck of a way to start the summer. Safe to say we made a few memories (and probably a few questionable decisions 🤣).
