Incline Bench
• 225 × 10 (2 sets)
• 245 × 10 (1 set)

Flat Bench
• 315 × 5
• 365 × 1

Then…

405 lbs × 1 🔥
Using a Slingshot for shoulder support with just a little guidance from my spotter.

Big shoutout to my spotter 🤝

The goal? In just a few weeks, 405 without the Slingshot and without any assistance.
