London, you’ve been f*cking wild.

The last couple of months have been a blur - long days, late nights, stress, chaos, packed services, lessons, wins… and somehow in the middle of it all, Meat Stop found a home here in Shoreditch.

What started as a burger residency has turned into something way bigger than we imagined. The support, the queues, the reposts, the people travelling across London to try us - none of it goes unnoticed.

This video is us. Loud. Fast. Raw. No bullshit.
Just good people serving proper food with energy.

Big love to everyone who’s been riding this wave with us so far.
And trust us… we’re only just getting started.

New Burger - Classic OG 2.0
I was lucky enough to be the very 1st person to try this burger made by my friend Ben (owner of Meatstop).
This released on 19th September so still only few have tried, if that.
It will be on the menu, if its not on physical menu just ask and will be provided.
- Classic OG 2.0
Dry aged beef cooked perfect remaining a little pink blush inside. American cheese, house made bacon jam, house burger sauce, red onions and pickle relish.
Stop please this was juicy, fresh, layers of flavour, just what you want high quality bite.
Its on par with Original Nutta both naughty, i wanna see a Meatstop collab!

"MEAT STOP" in this instance is not a slogan my vegan mother would angrily daub onto a placard. No no, in this case her sinful son is checking into his next burger bay obsession.

Illijah and business partner Ben have all their 'i's dotted, "Essex farmed, Essex-sourced produce - dry-aged beef ground daily, served in a custom spec brioche bun, all cooked fresh on site.

Like a cuckolded lover my eyes roll, I've heard it all before, and what normally lands on my table (and lap) is an insipid, limp, greyish mush whispering of beef and various pulverised vegetables. But the first nibble is something quite different. Ears prick up, lips tremble, by Christ almighty this is a good patty.

@meatstop_ phenomenal burgers in London. Moved over from Essex now residence at Commercial Tavern. Owner’s a legend.

We tried their trouble (Smokey, sweet, pancetta) and classic (heavy on pickles and onion). by @meatstop_

Fast-paced week.
Ripped out a kitchen, built a new one, dialled in the systems and started finding our feet.
