Holiday makeup has become so simple for me ✨

The goal is always healthy, glowy skin. A good skincare routine, SPF every single day, and I don’t even feel the need for foundation.

One holiday over, one about to start, and I still haven’t shared half the looks from the last one✨

Turns out I only wore about half the outfits I packed too… so this should be my sign to pack lighter next time.

I never thought I’d be the type of person who wakes up at 7am to go for a run… especially on holiday🫣😅 But here we are!

Don’t get me wrong, I’m still choosing a slow morning, just in a different way.

There’s something about running by the sea before everyone else is awake. The air feels fresher, the views are better, and somehow it doesn’t feel like exercise in the same way it does at home.

I think the trick isn’t forcing yourself to love running, it’s making it something you actually look forward to. An aesthetic route, a coffee afterwards, no pressure to hit a certain pace…

A little holiday recap because yesterday was the slowest day, just sun and sea☀️🤍

Three dresses made it out of the suitcase. The other “just in case” options never stood a chance.

It’s a reminder that we usually wear the outfits we feel most like ourselves in, not the ones we packed for imaginary plans. I’d always rather have a few pieces I can’t wait to wear than a suitcase full of maybes.

Don’t you hate it when that happens? 😂

I know I’m a stylist and I could probably do better than a white dress and flip flops… but sometimes the simplest outfits are the ones that work best.

Spent my second day in Tenerife doing what I do best: convincing myself every purchase was a once in a lifetime find 😅 In my defence, I am on holiday… and supporting local businesses 🇪🇸 🤣

Holiday shopping is fun, but I always ask myself one question before I buy anything: Would I still want this if I saw it back home? If the answer is yes, it’s probably a keeper. If it’s only exciting because I’m on holiday, it usually stays behind.

First day of holiday and I’m already wearing my “just in case” dress. 🌸

You know the one. The dress you pack at the last minute because just in case nothing else feels right, or just in case you need one more option.

Funny how those are usually the pieces you end up wearing first.

No overthinking, no complicated outfit, just an easy dress and a very slow first day.

Which one would you pick first? 👀

I used to think black just wasn’t for me.

I’d convinced myself it didn’t suit my colouring, so I rarely reached for it. But the more I’ve learned about style, the more I’ve realised that the most flattering outfit isn’t always about wearing your “best” colours.

Fit, proportions, texture and how you feel in what you’re wearing make just as much of a difference.

This airport look was inspired by Margot Robbie’s effortless all black style, and it reminded me that sometimes the best outfit is simply the one you feel most like yourself in 🖤 taken in London Stansted Airport by @mecamy

One week in Tenerife. This is just bag number one. ☀️✈️

This suitcase has the foundations of my holiday wardrobe: 20 pieces that all work together, my makeup and skincare, my favourite gold jewellery from Ottoman Hands, a few silver pieces and bangles, four pairs of shoes, toiletries and, of course, my daily Absolute Collagen.

The second bag is mostly the practical things: gym wear, my beach basket, chargers and all those last minute essentials… although I have a feeling another dress or two might accidentally find their way in before I leave. 🤍

I always pack with versatility in mind so I can create lots of different outfits without taking my entire wardrobe.

It’s a plan.

With summer holidays just around the corner, there’s no better time to find an SPF you’ll actually look forward to wearing every day. ☀️

I’ve been testing quite a few recently, and Olay Regenerist SPF50+ has really stood out. I love that it’s peptide powered, so alongside SPF50+ protection, it also helps to firm, plump and hydrate the skin.
