I started Mecca Cosmetix with $300, a love for beauty, and the desire to create what I couldn’t find on makeup store shelves. I knew what it felt like to search for shades that complemented my skin and come up empty, and I never wanted other women to feel that way.

That feeling became my passion, and it still guides everything I create today. From our formulas to our shade selection, I think about the girl I was when I started and the women we’re here to serve.
