Our ancestry is deep rooted in self care & connecting to Earth with ingredients from the Earth🙏🏾. “Self care is not an emergency response plan to be activated when stress becomes overwhelming. Healthy self-care is an intentional way of living where your values, attitudes and mindful actions become part of your daily routine.” From @iamhamamat 🙏🏾🤍 by @meccalaluna

Good morning ☀️ by @meccalaluna

I hope everyone has a beautiful day ♥️ by @meccalaluna

Rosa Shea & Patchouli Shea are restocked. Both are 100% Raw African Shea butter sourced from Ghana that I blended with avocado oil, almond oil and essential oils. I love Rose for a light refreshing spring smell & Roses are a good energy & mood booster. Patchouli is a bit more medicinal for me, it’s great for very dry skin, eczema, and I love using it before bed as a calming grounding moisturizer✨ by @meccalaluna

A mist of Luna Rosa to start your morning. Have a beautiful day!
