I made my solo debut as “Peachy Idol Momo” back in 2019, after years and years of wanting to be an idol. Today, I’m “mecchamomo, the Scarlet Prophet”!! Becoming an idol was something I never felt I would actually achieve, but I am pleasantly satisfied and grateful that I AM exactly where I wanted to be back in those days 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 7* years of practice, growth, becoming more confident in myself, and just learning to enjoy what I do and not take everything so seriously ❤️ Here’s to many more years of idol activities to come!! #kaigaiidol #idol #overseasidol #ohioidol #midwestidol by @mecchamomo

Back in September at Matsuricon we came together to bring an old cover back to life~ The full cover of Wisteria’s Rollin is already up on my profile, but I decided to post an Emilee focus 👀 I’ve always wanted to re-cover this song, since we performed in 2017 when we were still known as NiHana and were guests at Colossalcon! We put together the biggest performance of our group ever and while most of it was definitely….something…? I will never forget the GOOD memories that followed and surrounded this song specifically 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼💜 I would tag NiHana’s account but I’m blocked (so much drama ensued in this group, so probably a good thing LOL- but it would be funny if yall tagged the officialnihana account for shits and gigs because it’s funny LOL Absolutely beyond honored and proud to have been able to do this again with some of the most amazing dancers and friends I have ever made. Olivia sadly couldn’t join us to celebrate and perform her original part 😩🙁 (we missed you Olivia!) so a big big thanks to Ellie for stepping in so last minute to help bring the dance to life. Apologies for spreading wide eagle I promise I have safety shorts on LMAO #Kpop #kpopdance #dancecover #dance #kpopdancer by @mecchamomo

【Emilee】 Mis’Sophonia - My Heart Behind My Lips (Dance Cover) Dancers: @mecchamomo Artist: @misso.idols Message from dancer: What better what to celebrate the official dance version of Mis’Sophonia’s song being released than to dance to it? It was incredibly hard dancing to this in these shoes I will say, I totally didn’t trip over myself many many times...hope you can’t tell! I’d love to cover more Kaigai Idol music here in the future too, so perhaps I will 👀✨ Kaleido Dream (KA⭐️DE) is a Dance Collective based in Ohio and surrounding states who focuses on covering J-pop and K-pop songs! Our goal is to host events, attend conventions, and upload dance covers! 🏷 #踊ってみた#dancecover#kaleidodream#missophonia#kaigaiidol by @mecchamomo

This Matsuricon was by far the most eventful con weekend I’ve had in a hot minute. My first time being a skit judge for the Masquerade was amazing! I may have got a little nervous on stage but watching all of the incredible skits have me so inspired!! Big thanks to everyone involved in the cosplay department. The work you all put into your craft to make the event successful and unique, will never go unnoticed! Judging the gala again was another highlight of mine, but finally performing on the Gala stage was amazing also! Not only that, but getting to bring back an old performance and bring it to life once again was so amazing. I love Wisteria 💜 Thank you @fantoche_covercrew for bringing me back time after time to help out, it’s always my pleasure! ❤️ Heartbeat of the Cosmos was amazing too!!! Everyone did so well and it was so special to watch all the performances, you all seriously did wonderfully!✨ Thank you @milkywayidols for a fantastic show, you guys deserve all the love and success in the world! Congratulations on raising almost 1k!!!!🎉 The Kaleido Dream RDP was a huge hit and so much fun! I was lowkey hella loopy during it so I was a bit unhinged, I hope I could make you guys laugh a little bit lol! Nothing in the world beats dancing with your friends 🩷 The BERRY live show was AWESOME!!!!!! Me screaming in an extremely silent crowd while she performed Momoiro Sparkling changed me LOL. She’s a truly talented and beautiful performer, I’m so happy to finally see her perform and proud of her and how far she’s come🩷🩵🎀 Lastly, Scarlet Sermon on Sunday of the con was the HIGHLIGHT! Thank you to everyone’s hard work for making the show a hit~ The full show is up, so definitely go watch it when you have a free hour and show some love to all the people who performed with me! Big love and hugs to everyone in SS- @ichigo_ro @kinetic.dance and @kaleidodrm ✨ Thank you @matsuricon for an amazing weekend, I’m truly honored and grateful to have been able to be apart of it! Also, one big thanks to @tothestarsandbackcosplay for trusting and believing in me to help out with the Masquerade and judging! It was an experience I will never forget! by @mecchamomo
