The Cubano sits on my top two of sandwiches. We had played with a different idea for this sandwich in the past but it never lived to the massive expectation. This one was different, we went ALL OUT for this sando. To clarify, this is our take on a Cubano and nothing ordinary. Roasted pork, Black Forest ham, havarti mornay, Karachi QP, @hanaacrefarm kombu pickled Jimmy Nardellos and a sauce I’m calling Mucho Mojo. This is NOT to miss. @mechamucho is my favorite sandwich spot in Sacramento.

Mecha Mucho’s flavors are always very consistent and fresh. Whenever I have a craving for a Japanese sando, their sandwiches always come through! They have also introduced seasonal menu items in the past that have been amazing as well. Tell them to bring back their Chicken Parm! I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and have recommended them to multiple friends and they always love it. Definitely a place in Sacramento that’s worth every dollar!

Mecha Mucho recently added an extra day to their availability so you have no reason to not check them out! They’re open from Tuesday-Saturday from 11-2 and are located on 2215 10th Street Sacramento, CA. They also have been doing $13 weekly sandwich specials, so give them a try.
