✨ Juneteenth 2025 ✨

This year’s Juneteenth event reminded us what’s possible when artists, neighbors, and city leadership unite to celebrate freedom and uplift our community.

A huge thank you to @mayorhelentran , @thegarciacenterforthearts , and @sbcityparksandrec for showing up for our local talent and helping make this event unforgettable. Their support proves that when a city invests in its artists, everyone wins.

We’re proud to have recognized local artists on stage — with trophies, media coverage, and good food to match the good vibes.

Swipe through our favorite moments and check out the recap video. tag an artist who deserves their flowers next! 🌻

🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

We’re thrilled to announce the completion of two stunning new build constructions! 🏗️✨ We had the pleasure of working on a massive 4,200 square-foot roof and a cozy 2,700 square-foot roof.

Being a part of this project has been an incredible experience, and we truly enjoyed the journey of bringing these buildings to life. It was both fun and rewarding to collaborate and ensure everything was completed on time.

Here’s to more successful projects ahead! 🥳🙌

New Roof Install This Morning with @heritageconstructionca_llc!
There’s nothing like the sound of progress—shingles going down, layer by layer, sealing in protection for years to come.

We kicked off the day with a fresh roof install, and it’s always impressive watching the process in action. From underlayment to the final shingle, every step matters. A good quality roof isn’t just about looks—it’s about safety, energy efficiency, and peace of mind when the weather hits.

Major shoutout to the hardworking crew out here putting in the sweat and skill. Roofing and construction work isn’t easy, but these guys show up and get it done, no matter the heat or height. Respect to the real ones on the roof!

There’s something incredibly humbling about returning to your roots — walking the same streets your family once did, feeling the culture in every sound, every color, every face.

Being back in my home country reminded me why we fell in love with storytelling in the first place. Through the lens of our cameras, we were able to capture not only the beauty of the landscapes — but the heart and soul of the people.

Thank you to President Bukele for the work being done to uplift and bring positive change to this beautiful country. It’s inspiring to see the progress, the resilience, and the hope for a better future.

This trip was just the beginning. Media Box Creatives will be returning later this year — with an even greater vision — to continue capturing and sharing the essence, culture, and beauty of this land our families call home.

The world needs to see this.

🪴The Importance of Staging 🪴

•
•
•
•

3 reasons why staging can improve you’re your selling experience to your customers:

1. Enhanced Visual Appeal: Staging helps to present the home in its best light by highlighting its greater qualities and downplaying its lesser qualities. Well-arranged furniture, decor, and color schemes make the space more attractive and appealing to potential buyers.

2. Improved Marketability: A staged home often photographs better for online listings and attracts more interest during showings. This can lead to increased foot traffic and potentially faster sales, as buyers can more easily envision themselves living in the space. Different types of photography sessions can also create a different experience for the interested buyers such as lifestyle home photos/videos or detail shoot of the special features the home comes with.

3. Perceived Value: Staging can help buyers perceive the home as move-in ready and well-maintained, which can justify a higher asking price. It creates a favorable impression that can differentiate the property from others on the market.

At Media Box Creatives, we specialize in:
••• High-Quality Photos: Capturing every detail to highlight the unique features of each property.
••• Engaging Videos: Creating immersive walkthroughs that bring homes to life.
••• Drone Footage: Providing stunning aerial views that add a dramatic touch.
