What an amazing way to kick off the first game of the season for the Florida Panthers I was able to go take my photo with the Stanley Cup! I love the fact that they allow former excellence honoree to have a photo day with the cup!

I also was able to attend the first game love my new challenge coin and thanks to Mark I was able to take a photo with the championship ring!

One thing I would never pass up an opportunity to make a new memory!

As I enter the last week of my final class for my bachelor degree it’s been a long time coming but through the encouragement and love from so many of you to push me past my own stubbornness I will be completing my Bachelor’s in Marketing from @uazglobalcampus .

My mom and KK will watch me walk across the stage end of this month in Arizona! First University Graduate for my mom. My sister would have really loved to see this but I know her and my dad are cheering on from above.

Proof that you are in control no matter what the circumstances!

Huge thank you to @johnny_shotme for these photos.

Some weekends fill your calendar. Others shift your perspective. ✨

This past weekend with the Black Professionals Network was exactly that.

We kicked off LegacyCon Weekend with the Certified Legends Ball, where I had the honor of serving as Co-Chair alongside the amazing Roshell Rosemond Rinkins, MBA . A huge congratulations to our honorees representing the Diplomats, Luminaries, Tycoons and Guardians each demonstrating excellence, leadership and impact.

The evening also marked the kickoff of our Legacy Fund, creating another avenue for BPN and our supporters to invest directly into our communities.

A special thank you to Kenasha Paul, J.D. , founder of BPN, for the vision, for creating these spaces and for trusting me to be part of it. 💛

Then came LegacyCon, powerful panels, meaningful conversations and connections that reminded me of something important:

Your network shouldn’t simply reflect where you are. It should help stretch you toward where you’re trying to go.

You can serve your community while building yourself. You can open doors for others while walking through new ones. Impact and personal growth do not have to compete.

The key is being intentional, strategic and human , because the strongest relationships aren’t transactional. They’re authentic.

We closed the weekend with an intimate yacht sail and networking experience, where some of the most unexpected and valuable conversations happened. A huge thank you to Travis Mack for helping create a space for connection, strategy and possibilities.

I walked away with new relationships, perspectives and opportunities , but most importantly, a renewed sense of purpose.

As Chair of the BPN Miami Council, I’m excited to take this energy beyond one weekend and create more opportunities locally for professionals to connect, collaborate and turn relationships into action.

Because networking isn’t about collecting contacts.

It’s about building relationships that create opportunity, impact and legacy.

Grateful for every connection and excited about what we’re building next. ✨

The gratitude and love and appreciation I have for @labellecouturewearableart who is the creator of my look for the @ulbroward Gala, I can’t thank you enough. Love being able to wear a local designer to events. I will work on doing it more !!!

An evening of elegance, impact, and community at the Urban League of Broward County’s 2026 Red Gala: Derby at Dusk. 🌹🏇🏾✨

It was wonderful to gather with so many leaders, changemakers, and community partners who share a commitment to empowering individuals and strengthening our South Florida community.

Congratulations to this year’s honorees — Icema Gibbs, Juliet Murphy Roulhac, Esq., and Latanya Bembow — for the incredible impact they continue to make through leadership, service, and perseverance. ❤️

A beautiful evening celebrating those who lead with purpose and a reminder of what’s possible when we come together in service to our community.

Still glowing from an unforgettable Rosé Soirée! 🌹✨

We celebrated inspiring women, welcomed and pinned the newest members of the Circle of Wise Women and watched eight incredible JA students confidently own the runway during our first-ever student fashion show! 💕👠

A heartfelt thank-you to our amazing Co-Chairs, Ana Rodriguez, Jessica Cohen and Ana Sasmiresan, for making this beautiful evening possible.

Congratulations to our Woman of Wisdom, Allison Cagnetta, our Spark Award honoree, Diane Alonso, and all our newly pinned Circle members! Your leadership and commitment to uplifting the next generation inspire us all. 💗

To our fabulous runway stars: you absolutely stole the show! And to our generous sponsors, partners, volunteers and guests, thank you for believing in our mission and helping us empower the next generation of women leaders.

Cheers to women supporting women and an evening filled with fashion, friendship and impact! 🥂🌹

@orangeblossomfc weekend was amazing! So glad we were able to be a sponsor, FPL was the presenting sponsor for the amazing luncheon! We were a me to have our VP of HR present the legacy on sports award to @teddyb_h2o . The room was full of amazing leaders, corporate partners and just alumni that filled the room with so much energy.

Game day we had a cool activation where we were able to give attendees the ability to get their ai player card with their favorite team! Thanks to @perfectlookphotos for being a great partner in supporting our booth.

A little bit of history on the game:
Since 1933, the Orange Blossom Classic has been more than a football game—it has been a powerful celebration of HBCU excellence, culture, and community. Founded during an era when segregation limited opportunities for Black college athletes, the Classic grew into one of the nation’s most significant HBCU football traditions, creating a national stage for Black athletic talent, marching bands, alumni pride, and academic achievement. More than 90 years later, its legacy continues—honoring the generations who paved the way while celebrating the impact and excellence of HBCUs today. 🏈🎓 by @mediabae

@pbimprov is open and was able to see @mrnatejackson for the 7th time!! lol. Yes I just saw him memorial weekend at @miaimprov but support for Nate is beyond his amazing craft.

In the nation there are a hand few of black comedy club owners and he is one of them. Support for live comedy hits different when I support him. You are supporting local live comedy club, while support Nate and support black business and history.

Had a great time and had to get my lemon pepper wings
It was OUTSTANDING!! I already know who I’m going to see next !!!

September is Suicide Prevention Month. 💜🎗️

This message is personal for me. I’m fine with being transparent

There was a time when I needed help, and Henderson Behavioral Health was part of my journey. Getting to a better place didn’t happen overnight—it took work, support, and being willing to accept help.

But I’m here to remind you: it CAN be okay. ❤️

You never know what someone is carrying behind the smile, the accomplishments, or the “I’m fine.” Check on your people. Listen without judgment. And if you’re struggling, please don’t be afraid to ask for help.

📞 Call or text 988 — Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7.

Your story doesn’t have to end here. Give yourself the opportunity to see what life can look like on the other side of this moment.

Please share this video. Someone on your timeline may need it today. 💜
