This is another angle of the fight that erupted in the stands Saturday during the USC vs Oregon game. Reposted @sideline Emotions were running high during USC’s matchup against Oregon on Saturday, and at one point the action spilled into the stands as USC fans were caught on video fighting in the crowd. While both teams were battling it out on the field, a separate showdown was taking place in the seats as punches started flying and nearby fans scrambled to get out of the way.

The clips have quickly made the rounds online, with fans reacting to yet another wild college football crowd moment. Rivalry games and big-time matchups always bring extra intensity, but situations like this are a reminder of how quickly things can escalate when tempers flare. Instead of talking about the football, many fans are now talking about the chaos that unfolded in the stands during USC vs. Oregon.

Reposted @theshaderoom A grand jury report released by the Jackson County District Attorney’s Office, jurors conducted a “comprehensive investigation” into #NolanWells’ death. They found no credible evidence that his death was criminal or racially motivated. This comes after reviewing witness statements, physical and digital evidence, GPS data, cellphone records, videos, and investigative reports per @16wapt.

As we reported, Wells passed away on July 4, 2026, in Jackson County, MS. His body was discovered the following day on Horn Island. The district attorney said, “The narrative that three white boys and a Black boy went to an island and only white friends returned spread like wildfire. This was false.” The grand jury determined that Wells arrived with friends on three boats, but chose to remain on the island after the boats departed. Investigators found no credible evidence that anyone who traveled to or from the island committed a crime connected to Wells’ death.

In addition, the report details an issue involving one boat, the Triton, which experienced a malfunction of the bilge pump and motor and began taking on water on July 4. The boat was briefly towed, allowing water to drain from inside. Mississippi’s state chief medical examiner and an independent doctor determined that Wells’ cause of death and manner of death were undetermined, although drowning was listed as a diagnosis.

Investigators also examined bruising found on Wells’ body and a reported fall from a boat. One witness told investigators that Wells slipped awkwardly from the side of a boat around 3:30 p.m. on July 4 and may have struck his head, although the witness could not confirm that. The witness said Wells continued socializing afterward and did not appear injured. _________________________
Toxicology results also reportedly found no cocaine in Wells’ system and no evidence that he had ever used cocaine. Mississippi has no statute of limitations for homicide cases. If credible evidence later emerges, it can be presented to a Jackson County grand jury for further consideration. by @mediaoutrage2
