My favorite way to relax and #selfcare is with cream or mud face masks! We live in a crazy world, full of stress, worry, panic, but also love, joy, and laughter!
💜
As a #pisces I’m all too aware of the ebb and flow between those two very different energies! But that’s the point of life! To explore one’s reality, embrace all you can while healing all you need to!
💙
Never forget you have survived EVERYTHING in your life! You are HERE, you are BREATHING, you are ALIVE, you are SURVIVING!
💚
Now it’s just time for #thriving and the easiest way to do that is to carve out a little piece of your day set aside just for you! Even if that’s just enjoying a dollar store face mask that may not actually help, but feels nice!
💛
Ways you can self care are but not limited to:
⭐️-Sit in the quiet dark for a few minutes and breathe!
⭐️-Spend extra time in the shower/bath just to relax!
⭐️-Go for a drive, put the windows down, and be present!
⭐️-Go to the home and gardening center and just look at/smell flowers! See the beauty of life!
🧡
Self care doesn’t need to be expensive, meditation, spiritual, or even being by yourself! All that matters is the moment brings you to the present and brings your attention to the here and now.
❤️
Lastly, the most important part of self care is this one last single trick…. All you have to do for self care is… do SOMETHING just for yourself and your joy/happiness! A moment in the day where you put yourself first!

Got these glasses I was SO proud of… that I had a hard time finding in store (I don’t do shipping) waiting for them to go on sale, FINALLY found them, they had 2 tall and 2 short, exactly what I wanted……

Today, maintenance came in to fix an outlet in my kitchen and broke one of the short glasses!

I was/am LIVID! Office said “we usually like things moved out of the way” and I told them that HAD THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE COMING, not just knock at 9:30am waking me up, I would have happily moved everything, though it still doesn’t condone them not being careful or not moving things themselves!!!

Office heard my complaint, they were very kind, but now I have to go buy another $10 glass that I hope I can find and hope it’s still on sale.

I’ve been here 2 months and it’s been nothing but problems……. by @mediumauntiesean
