After Keira died, I found myself experiencing things that most people around me thought were crazy or all in my head…but to me, they were very real.

What I realized is that we live in a world that will tell us this is not real, that our consciousness only lives inside of our body, that when you’re dead, you’re dead, that if science hasn’t proved it yet, then it’s not possible… the list goes on and on.

So sometimes I think about it as brainwashing… I needed to brainwash myself out of the collective belief systems… to pave my own way….

To have my own experience and not look to others or society to tell me what is real and what is not.

So yes, I consider it brainwashing myself… Nothing wrong with a clean brain 😊

I do this by continuing to find other people who are having the same experiences and talking about it so others can find me, and we can find each other. Because collectively…

We do this together.

The truth is, this is all possible and real, but sometimes it takes a little “unbrainwashing” to open ourselves to what is possible.
