Did you know the work doesn’t stop when a mobile clinic ends? 👀

For some patients, a clinic visit is just the beginning. If they need additional care, MEDLIFE’s follow-up program helps them stay connected and continue with the next steps in their treatment. 🩺

Getting to learn what happens after gives us a better understanding of the bigger picture and the importance of continued care. 💙

We’re excited to share that we’ll be partnering with Spring Street Treats for a fundraiser on September 30th! 🎉 This is a great opportunity for an outside engagement point supporting our organization while also giving back to the community.
