Took the weekend to process and its still so surreal that a small idea we had over coffee chat 3 years ago turned into an agency that would win us 2 consecutive years of Overall Local Hero at #AOTYAwards 🥹 There were many unglam photos of me with my mouth opened because there were just too many moments that I couldn’t believe that we beat industry giants at key categories and we’re beyond thankful for the recognition as always 🫶🏻 Kudos as usual to the wonderful team at @gloosingapore who are the real rockstars behind the work that we do and our partners and clients who put their trust in us 💕 now back to the hustle to continue adding magic into the work that we do ✨🪄 by @meech.tan
A lil’ intro Hi, I’m Michelle — I’m @gloosingapore ‘s lead during office hours, an occasional cellist and a newly minted Korean wife. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗦𝗚 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗨𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗲? When I first started this, I thought of how I could contribute to the agency scene in Singapore. There were a lot of far more talented people that I look up to in the agency space and some days, I feel like I’m still a baby in the industry, learning from senior folks. But I thought to myself — if I could just help to make a small difference in a brand and the work that they put out, help one more person enter the industry more comfortably, provide advice/help to one person, or even make the agency world an (even) friendlier place for another person, that might be enough for me 🥹 Hence, I started this page as a space where I can share my thoughts about agency life, the work and the team I’m proud of. I also want this to be a safe space where people can ask questions freely about marketing and agency life. Of course, do indulge me with my occasional travel and life logs, but I promise they’ll be useful or at least fun to watch!! Lastly, I hope that this account serves as a constant reminder to myself (and everyone) to always face the work that we do with the same passion and love that we had at 21 ❤️ by @meech.tan
A true key milestone for Gloo 💖 20 months ago, armed with a few key clients who have believed in us for years, we started Gloo. Our belief was simple: we wanted utilise the power of social traction for meaningful outcomes, and we wanted to try to break the bad stereotypes of agency life. Fast forward 20 months later, I won’t say its been a bed of roses, but we strive everyday to do better for our clients, for our media partners/KOLs, and for our internal teams. For the people who work with us internally and externally, we put kindness in front of everything, and we aim to delight everyone at each touchpoint. Glad to share that this has worked well for us thus far 😌 To my team babies @amanthateo @ryanrylie , you guys are my pillars and the stars in my heart, and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. To my forever mentor @siddykaps and my partner in crime @janmascarina, its been a journey and thank you for growing with me. To the wider team past and present, the work that you put out everyday amazes me and you guys are the true MVPs behind this win. And last but not least, to everyone who believed in us and supported us, we’re truly grateful for this win and this entire journey has been a dream come true. We’re proud to be your local hero for the year 🫶🏼 Onto bigger things @gloo.singpore #AOTYAwards by @meech.tan
Vietnam looks prettier in PINK! PHỞ real! 🇻🇳🩷 We can’t dance to save our lives, but the #SocialCurrencyChallenge at our team #Offsite2026 in Vietnam required us to make a video. Good thing we had an amazing editor! These transitions came out crispier than a bánh mì baguette. 🥖💃 Give it a watch and share if you want us to win, or at the very least, help us beat @janmascarina’s team! 😂🏆 #GlooSingapore #TheSocialCurrencyAgency #PhoEverPink by @meech.tan

The truth about agency life is that some days just feels like you’ve gone through an entire day by 11am, and this is one of those days 🥹 but I loved that I got to meet some of my favourite people and see events come to life 🫶🏻 by @meech.tan
