On this night I was awarded the title of Miss Black and Gold for the Rho Rho chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. on the Stony Brook campus @razorsharpp_blackngold @rhorhoalphas.🖤💛 I shared the stage with 5 incredible women @gamille_v @uniquaviya @_joelle.jones @vsqueezyy @bettyyyy.s where we showcased our beauty, our intelligence, and our grace. 🖤💛 I am so grateful for the people who have been in this journey with me, my family, my pageant family, my friends, and those who have supported me along the way. Contestant #6 🥂👑 Ameenat Bello, a Nigerian-American Queens born and Long Island raised. Ameenat is a second-year Health Science major on the Pre-Medical track at SUNY Stony Brook University, and is scheduled to graduate in May 2027. As an undergraduate student, she works toward earning her bachelor’s degree on campus, while also serving as an intern at the Fueling Station located in the Stony Brook Sports Complex. Ameenat wants to become a board certified orthopedic surgeon who focuses in sports medicine and collaborate with other medical specialists to enhance the quality of life for her patients in the future.
