A night out celebrating the 2026 Alabama A&M Hall of Fame inductees!

Plus-one duties with “my man, my man, my man” as we celebrated one of his friends and former athletes being inducted into the Hall of Fame. Such a special night honoring excellence, legacy, and Bulldog pride.

The face of somebody wondering why she keeps signing herself up for this. 😂

Today was a full-on me vs. me workout.

Halfway through those repeat 300s, I said, “Yeah… eff this.” 😩
Then the other side of me said, “So we quitting now?”

My tired self: “YES! Because repeat 300s are disrespectful, unnecessary, and quite frankly RUDE. 😂 And you still expect me to lift after this?!”

Disciplined me: “Absolutely. Finish the workout, refuel, and get to the gym.”

And apparently disciplined me runs this. 😆💪🏽

Didn’t feel like it.
Did it anyway.
