Some .040” shaving from wire glass window panes. Pains. It’s painful. But the cross section of the metal suspended in the glass is cool 😎 by @meerprecision

The boots are pretty bad but the WJ cuts through 1.25” marble are looking great. Virtually no draft. Normally when you double up thick materials you can see a slight difference from front to back in the width of the cut but nothing here. It’s tight. 👍 by @meerprecision

1/8” stainless tab-n-slot. Tab & slot. Tabinslot. Whatever it’s called it’s done easily on a waterjet. I gave just .003” of offset between the parts. They fit nice and tight without forcing. Will eventually get some welds from the bottom to hold it all together. by @meerprecision

5-axis cut. Single pass 45 degrees. 3/4” steel plate. The two parts will be fabricated into a hatch for a ship. by @meerprecision
