Today wasn’t just about the pre-judging.It was about all the powerful women standing for something important 💖My advocacy focuses on the emotional well-being of teenagers.Because behind behavior, silence or perfectionism, there is often a feeling that wants to be understood.I chose to wear this outfit with intention.This piece was created by clothing reworker Mees Huka @mees.makes , who uses sewing and upcycling as a mental outlet.Working with her hands brings her mental calm. It helps her step out of her head and gently release tension, overstimulation and difficult emotions.Slowly seeing something new take shape allows space to let go.This outfit reflects that idea: that when negative emotions are released, something beautiful can emerge 💖Mental health is not something we need to hide.It is something we can acknowledge and express, each in our own way 🙏🏼I am deeply grateful to the jury and the organization for creating a space where stories, values and advocacy are truly heard.Thank you for the trust, the openness and the platform to share what matters to me 🙏🏼 by @mees.makes
