Your December skin starts with the care you give it NOW!

As the colder months roll in, the cold air, harsh winds & indoor heating can strip your skin of moisture, leaving it feeling dry, tight, dull, flaky & more sensitive 🥶❄️

Your skin barrier may need a little extra TLC!

This is where my facials come in… 💆🏻‍♀️

Deep hydration to help replenish moisture & leave your skin feeling soft & plump.

Gentle exfoliation to remove the build up of dead skin cells & reveal a fresher looking complexion.

Skin barrier support to help protect your skin against winter dryness & irritation.

Targeted treatments tailored to your skin’s individual needs & concerns.
Improved skin texture & radiance for that healthy, fresh faced glow.

Consistency is key! Regular facials, combined with the right homecare, can help you work towards smoother, brighter, healthier looking skin over time.

Remember, great skin doesn’t happen overnight. Starting now gives me time to understand your skin, build a treatment plan & work towards your December glow! ✨

Don’t wait until December to wish you had started sooner!

📅 November appointments are open — let’s start your skin journey today!

📩 DM me to book your facial and let’s get your skin glowing in time for Christmas! 🎄✨ by @meeshstouchsuffolk

Your reviews & feedback are so appreciated!

I’m so pleased that you can relax & switch off at the touch of my hands. Facials are more than skin care, they are time for you, time to breathe & time to switch off.

• Important announcement •

I’m sad to be announcing that I will be leaving @_houseofaesthetics_ next month.
I have absolutely loved working there! All of the girls who work there are so lovely & Hollie is such a angel girl. I will really miss working there.
Unfortunately my health has started to take its toll on my body & I need to drop the amount of days that I’m working & that means giving myself Sundays back to rest.
I will still be fulfilling appointments up until Sunday 15th November.

After 15th, I will be working solely at @houseofbeautyframlingham so those who would like to continue treatments, are welcome to come & see me there.

I appreciate all each client that books in with me, I’m so grateful for you all!

Behind the woman who seems to have it all together… is a woman who is just trying her best too.

I created this image as a little reminder that social media doesn’t always show the full picture. We see the pretty posts, the finished work, the smiles, the achievements & the highlight reels… but we don’t always see what it takes behind the scenes to keep everything going. & the truth is, I don’t have my shxt together a lot of the time. 🙃

I’m juggling mum life, home life, work life, responsibilities, appointments, endless to do lists & all the little things that come with being a woman trying to show up for everyone. Some days I manage it all perfectly.. Other days? I’m just trying to get through the day without adding anything else to my plate.

I get overwhelmed. I get exhausted. I get burnt out & sometimes, my health forces me to stop & realise that I’ve been pushing myself far beyond what I should.

This week has been one of those reminders.

To everyone who has been so kind & understanding about having appointments rescheduled due to my health, THANK YOU. Honestly, your patience & compassion means more than you know! I never take your support or bookings for granted & I’m so grateful to have such lovely people around me.

I’m trying to find that balance, learning to listen to my body & reminding myself that I’m allowed to slow down, too. Because the truth is, you can love what you do, be grateful for your life, adore your family & still feel completely overwhelmed sometimes. Two things can be true at once.

So here’s your reminder that you don’t have to be superwoman every single day. You don’t have to keep everyone happy, tick every box or have every part of your life perfectly organised..

Sometimes, just showing up & doing your best is enough. & sometimes, your best looks like resting.

Here’s to being a little more real, giving ourselves a little more grace, & remembering that we don’t have to do it all to be doing enough 🫶🏼 by @meeshstouchsuffolk
