every relationship goes both ways. sometimes we dry our cup by attending to others who could truly care less about us. change that. i also hate when we say “oh theyre just always busy” or “we’re adults” to excuse ppl treating us bad consistently. busy or not. adult or youth or old: humans will always make time for things and people they care about. point blank period. by @meet.tika

When one person says no, there’s a dozen more prepared to say yes. Simple things such as being treated better, we get gaslit into thinking we’re asking too much.
