My job is more than pretty hotels and lattes.

Behind the scenes?
Strategy, negotiation, and saving my clients time, energy, and money.

I work as an extension of my clients’ teams to plan unforgettable events, without the stress of hours-long Googling.

Supported by @helmsbriscoe’s unmatched buying power and trusted relationships with amazing hotels across the globe, I make sure my clients always have the best options, pricing, and perks.

Your next corporate event starts with the right hotel. 🗝️ GRWM for IMEX America, where I’m scouting hotels, meeting destinations, and incentive travel ideas for my clients.

I help meeting planners and executive assistants with hotel sourcing and contract negotiations, at no cost to their team.

Planning a company offsite, conference, or President’s Club trip? DM me where you’re considering.

Any website can show you a beautiful hotel, but I show my clients if it’s the hotel for their exact event 🗝️ #whyhb #hotelmatchmaker #incentivetrip taken in Rosewood Miramar Beach by @meetalexo

Before you book a hotel for your company… read this.

Hotels negotiate WAY more than room rates.

Upgrades. Food & beverage. Attrition. Cancellation terms. Resort fees. Meeting space.

That’s literally what I negotiate every day.

Anyone can compare square footage.

The real question is: how will attendees feel when they’re there?

As a venue sourcing expert, these are the first things I evaluate before I ever judge the meeting space. → by @meetalexo

Considering Orlando for a corporate meeting or conference in Orlando? Conrad Orlando should be on your shortlist.

60,000 square feet of modern meeting space, light-filled breakout rooms and outdoor event venues, this is an incredible resort experience.

Conrad Orlando at Evermore is a destination attendees will genuinely want to travel for - and stay longer to enjoy.

There’s something about Beverly Hills…the sunshine, the palms, the quiet (and the not so quiet) luxury, the pop culture history - it’s iconic.

Earlier this month, I visited some of the city’s most iconic properties with the CVB, and I’m so excited to share! taken in Beverly Hills, California by @meetalexo
