Yes, I'm connecting a pastry to AI.

The secret recipe at Pasteis de Belem made me think about access: people can do their jobs without everyone knowing the recipe.

An AI agent working with your permissions can inherit access you no longer need. I'd start by comparing what one agent can reach with what its job actually requires.

Before you turn Copilot on, check who can see what.

A shared link gets forwarded. Someone joins a Team. A guest finishes a project but keeps access. People are trying to get work done, and permissions quietly spread.

MFA worked. The attacker still got in.

On The CyberCall, I walked through an invoice email that sends an employee to the real Microsoft sign-in page. They enter a code and complete MFA, signing the attacker in.

That’s why checking the URL alone isn’t enough. Ask why you’re being asked to authenticate. If you didn’t start it, don’t finish it.

Deep dish is the only pizza I know that gets built in reverse order on purpose. And once I noticed that, I couldn't stop thinking about how many AI rollouts get built exactly backwards too.

Filmed this one over lunch in Chicago because the metaphor was sitting right there on the plate, and it's basically the whole reason why @avepoint is the trust layer for AI. Foundation first, everything exciting stacked on top after.
