Officially an MD! 🩺✨ Grateful for the mentors, friends, and family who helped me get here. Pitt Med gave me memories, friendships, and experiences I'll carry with me forever. Pittsburgh, thank you. 💙 Next stop: Rochester for Plastic Surgery Residency! by @meetimehta_med
Finally getting to live out my dream of becoming a plastic surgeon!!! Grateful to my mentors, friends, and family who made this possible ❤️ Excited to join the Rochester family!! by @meetimehta_med
Every October, I’m reminded why this cause means so much to me. 💗 Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of organizing "Breast Reconstruction Awareness (BRA) Day" — bringing together art, education, and advocacy to spark conversations about breast reconstruction. Each mannequin tells a story — including one I had the joy of creating myself. 🎨 Grateful for everyone who’s shared their creativity, stories, and support along the way, and for the chance to keep growing this meaningful tradition. ✨ #braday #breastreconstruction #breastcancerawarenessmonth #artinmedicine #advocacy #healingthroughart by @meetimehta_med

Wrapped up an exciting week at NESPS in Baltimore! Grateful for the chance to present, reconnect with mentors and friends, and catch up with my Pitt people after months on the road. It’s been a busy summer starting 4th year rotations, but I wanted to throw back to some great times as I wrapped up my research year. I loved attending PSRC last month! It was so nice to catch up with familiar faces and meet new ones. #psrc2025 #psrc #wps by @meetimehta_med

It's been a while since I've posted, but I’m back! In January, I had the amazing opportunity to attend AAHS and ASRM in Hawaii, and it was an unforgettable experience. It was great to reconnect with friends from around the world, and a huge thanks to the WMG and WOCPRS ladies for the support! The stunning sunsets and palm trees made it all even more special. More to come soon! #asrm2025 #aahs2025 #pittplasticsurgery #wps by @meetimehta_med
Excited to share that I had the privilege of organizing this year’s BRA Day with Dr. Carolyn De La Cruz and Pitt Plastic Surgery! 🎨 We showcased 10 stunning mannequins designed by student artists alongside 10 from our permanent collection, raising awareness for breast reconstruction.🎗Huge thanks to the artists, performers, and volunteers for making the event possible. Special thanks to Dr. Andrea Moreira for her inspiring talk and to everyone who came out to support this important cause! ✨ #braday #breastreconstruction #pittplasticsurgery by @meetimehta_med
Back from another meeting! #PSTM24 in sunny San Diego was fantastic. It was so exciting to present some of my work, reunite with my @wocprs ladies, and catch up with my @pittplasticsurgery family. Extremely grateful for my mentors, colleagues, and new friends who were the highlights of this meeting. For my first time on the West Coast, I'd say I had a pretty successful adventure! #asps #wocprs #pittplasticsurgery #wps #plasticsurgery by @meetimehta_med
This weekend, I visited Minneapolis for the first time for the ASSH meeting! Though it was a brief trip, I loved meeting new people, listening to interesting talks, and presenting posters. It was fun to run into several @pittplasticsurgery faculty there, too. Excited for a strong start to conference season! by @meetimehta_med
