Meet Lot 3 at Ovelo.

This is the first home we’re taking you inside, and it’s such a good example of what makes this community feel different.

On the exterior, warm Pediment siding pairs with Tricorn Black details and Whitebark stone for a look that feels modern without feeling stark.

Inside, that same balance continues: warm wood tones, soft neutrals, black accents and thoughtful details throughout. From the open kitchen and living space to the vaulted primary suite, spa-like bathroom and even the everyday spaces, the design feels cohesive from room to room.

And this is just one of 12 homes coming to Ovelo.

Want to learn more about Lot 3 or see what else is coming?

Send us a DM for details.

Happy 2nd Birthday to our girl that embodies sunshine ☀️. She’s brave, silly, friendly, independent and confident. A true extrovert who loves drawing, puzzles, singing and dancing. Her animals are her favorite cuddle buddies, even if she’s still learning to not carry them around by the neck. She’s hands down, the coolest girl I’ve ever met. Thank you Jesus for our Miss Mabel 💗 by @meetthemois

Love the Arhaus look, but not the price tag? We found some budget-friendly alternatives that give you a similar look for a whole lot less.

Same vibe, much friendlier price tag.
