“Your habits are quietly building the life you’ll one day live.” 🔥 The little things you do every day are shaping your future. The effort you put in, the discipline you build, and the standards you hold yourself to all add up. This week, focus less on where you want to be and more on the habits that will get you there. Start strong. Stay consistent. Make this week count. 💪 #ConsistencyIsKey #DailyDiscipline #MindsetMatters #Motivation #GrandRapidsMI by @mef_fieldhouse

💥 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: TASHA BARRICK 💥 Tasha has been putting in the work with Coach Fox for nearly three years—and the growth has been incredible. She’s tripled the amount of weight she can lift in many exercises, but the biggest transformation goes far beyond the numbers. Through consistency, determination, and a willingness to push herself, Tasha has discovered just how strong and resilient she really is. She continues to show up, learn, challenge her limits, and prove to herself that she can do hard things—and that confidence has carried into every area of her life. We’re proud to have Tasha as part of the TPT community. Keep getting better! 💪🔥 #TPT #ThoroughbredPerformanceTraining #MemberSpotlight #GetBetter #therun by @mef_fieldhouse
