July tends to be the month I hibernate from the world

my run this morning was absolutely stunning. I definitely had some increased elapsed time hanging with that gorgeous pink goddess for a bit 💓💓💓💓💓

My ankle is finally feeling good enough to handle some miles. I ended up spraining my ankle quite badly on our mountain trip, which led me into obviously a panic spiral given I really had to rest my body. But today I was feeling like myself again!

Hopefully we can get back to business this week 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Her first marafon!!!! poor girl was full of nerves, lost her tooth and needed to sit down at the starting line 😅 she finished it regardless 😎 she maybe has sworn them off permanently at the moment though 😂
