October trackers 💤📈✨

A simple set up for my sleep and mood trackers this month which will end up looking like a horizontal bar graph for the sleep, and a line graph for the mood.

The easiest way to track moods for me is using little smiley faces to represent the emotions - let’s hope there aren’t too many 😩 days this month 🤞

October trackers 🥕🐓✨

This month I’ve gone with 2 simple graph trackers on a single page to save space - sleep tracker on the left and mood tracker on the right 💤

This kind of spread is always a little dull before it’s filled in so I’ve added some cute veggies to jazz it up a bit ✨ the beetroot is my favourite to draw but I don’t actually like eating them 😅🫜🤫

My favourite scrapbooky bits to add to my bullet journal ✂️📖

I’ve really found my style with my weekly spreads this year! I create them at the end of the week in a memory journal style with junk journal elements and I’m loving it!🥰

I thought I’d share a bit of my process in setting up these spreads, and my favourite elements to add to give it that scrapbook look!🍂✨

Ps. @butternutbox I’m obsessed with this tape!🐾

When I came across this gorgeous Virginia Woolf quote, I knew I had to squeeze it in somewhere!✍️

This month’s habits I’m tracking are meditation, workout & sleep by midnight 🙈🤞

October quote page & habit trackers 🐓🎃

As we get closer to the end of the year I’m having to be conscious of my page use, so this month I’m squeezing a cute little quote page together with my habit trackers ✅

I went with circles on the habit trackers (rather than the usual calendar style grid) so it would blend in with the spilled seeds 🌱🥕

Bullet journal weekly spread: September weeks 2 & 3 🐾🎨🍿🪩

As we are nearing the end of the year, I’m doing 2 weeks per double page weekly spread to ensure I can fit everything in for the rest of 2026.

Weeks 2 & 3 consisted of making cinnamon rolls, autumn dog walks, pastel puppy portrait workshop and watching @bbcstrictly !!💃🏻

Making an effort to enjoy all things autumn, to make the most of my favourite season 🍂

Days of the week lettering in my bullet journal ✍️

Some calming lettering in my go-to bouncy hand lettering style 💫

I’ve gotten a lot quicker at this over the years but this video is still 2x speed 😅

My second pastel pet portrait! This time a super cute puppy 🐾

I took part in another FREE week of @animalart_sabine.lackner’s amazing pastel art classes! She’s such a great teacher and artist! I’m looking forward to joining her Joy of Pastels club as I want to develop my technique more now! 💖

Since the first class (the kitten a few months ago, scroll down to see) I definitely felt more confident with the pastel pencils and blending stumps. I’m still struggling with getting my pencils sharp enough so on the hunt for pastel pencil sharpener recommendations 🙏
